Mercers Road was a 4-bedroom house in North London which we refurbished. The house was completely gutted, underpinned and a basement built under the house, front garden and part of the rear garden. There was then a rear extension with a new ground floor kitchen and conservatory, 1st floor bedroom with en suite, 2nd floor family bathroom and a loft conversion built. Every part of the house was renewed, all walls plastered, new cornice in every room, all new woodwork, new doors and windows throughout including a sliding glass wall in the 3rd floor bedroom. The house also has solar panels on the 3rd floor balcony to supply some of the electricity. It is now a totally modern 7-bedroom house with 6 bathrooms, living room, dining room and conservatory.
