This project included two building that backed onto each other. The location was next to Liverpool Street so site logistics were extremely complicated. Temporary propping was installed to allow the complete removal of the rear elevation and the outer buildings. Once the buildings had been demolished, drainage, groundworks for the new rear structure were installed including void infills with steel and holorib in one building and in the other a traditional steel and timber joist infill.
