This project consisted on the formation of new railings and gate supported by new piers which sat on screw piles, this was due to the mature tree uplifting the original boundary wall. The staircase up to the ballroom was demolished and new yorkstone laid with underlighting and a brass handrail. All new mood lighting was installed, new yorkstone was laid within the decorative quadrants, with new planter beds formed to provide a suitable depth for the new planting, installation of moveable trellis and all new landscaping with irrigation completed this project.

This project involved the strip out and removal of existing steel ramp and services, alterations
to existing walls and structure. New steelwork was installed along with M&E, stone paving, benches, planters and landscaping.
