Our clients objective was to expand on their residential portfolio while maintaining access to the rear carpark. With access required daily by large goods vehicles for the commercial unit on ground floor, a logistics plan requiring a fast erection of steel with mobile lifting equipment. All the groundworks conducted without obstructing access. The steel frame infill, anchored onto clients adjoining property and a slab poured at second floor level for others to take over.
